The services of Customer Services for Automatic Systems equipment are provided either directly by the customer services of the various Automatic Systems offices around the world or via the local Automatic Systems partners for the countries in which Automatic Systems is not directly present.

• In the countries where Automatic Systems is directly present, namely Belgium, Spain, France and Canada.
  For customers in these countries, Automatic Systems offers a range of services including assistance with installation, deployment and commissioning as well as preventive and curative maintenance services for the deployed equipment.
  The goal of each of these services is to give customers the best level of performance and the lowest cost of ownership. 

• In the countries where Automatic Systems is not directly established but is represented by local partners, Automatic Systems provides its partners with all the technical support needed to enable them to provide high quality services locally.
