Automatic Systems, a subsidiary of the IER Group, is committed to an environmental policy in order to carry out its activities with the greatest respect for the common good, while conforming to national legislation and European directives.

The Environmental Charter of the IER Group gives concrete form to this commitment towards the environment. The Group intends to act in the long term for safeguarding the environment by incorporating the following principles into its management :

Design and manufacture

• Application of the environmental requirements from the design of the products in order to give preference to the use of renewable and non-polluting resources and to offer products at a low cost of environmental exploitation...
• Management of the Group installations with respect for the laws, standards and local regulations, in particular with the performance of regular environmental audits.

Resources and training

• Reduction of the exposure of personnel and people close to the sites to environmental risks, health and safety through the use of safe technologies and adapted operational procedures.
• Implementation of the financial and human resources necessary for sensitizing and training the Group staff in order to facilitate permanent improvement with respect to the environment.

Relations with our stakeholders

• Respect on behalf of the suppliers and subcontractors of the IER Group of the requirements of the Group as regards the environment, health and safety.
• Regular and transparent information from the Group concerning its customers, shareholders and partners on the environmental aspect of our installations and products.
